We’re looking for one to three more QCers. For those who don’t know, QCers watch episodes before they are released in order to find any errors. They should excel in English spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Noticing any other errors (mainly timing, but also typesetting, translating, or encode errors) is a huge plus, but we’ll take what we can get. You are expected to be on IRC as often as possible, but we understand that some people have these odd things called real lives and other commitments. Fansubbing experience is not needed as long as you can properly do your job.
Applications will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so once we get enough people, that’s it. This is a great chance for you fans of both Umineko and SEACATS to support that which you love, even if you aren’t highly-experienced in fansubbing.

Finally, we bring you episode 6! Thank you so much for waiting. I hope everyone has enjoyed their mass downloading purchasing of C76 music, games, and more. For anybody that’s a fan of the Umineko sound novel (the original work), I highly recommend the musicbox CDs. I really wish I could own a physical copy of them. D:

We were really close to releasing this episode with a CRC32 that referenced Endless Eight not once, but twice! Luckily, this was averted.
We’d like to apologize for the delay on episodes 6 and 7. We are currently working on them as much as possible.
Episode 6 is almost completely ready for release, but the official opening lyrics come out in a little more than 24 hours. I don’t want to release the OP2 for the .mkv release knowing that there is a 99% chance that we will have a v2 after those 24 hours. Expect episode 6 to be released as soon as the official release (as opposed to the leaked release) of the opening starts floating around the ‘net (so, in about a day).
I’m really sorry for the delay, but I hope there are still people out there waiting for our release.

A few notes from Bocom: Because of the way libass handles linebreaks, the epitaph will line break at awkward places. Please ignore this, however, during one part, it will most likely slow down, on both libass and VSFilter. If you notice any slowdowns, I recommend that you switch to the subtitle track that doesn’t have any typesetting. It’s essentially the same script, minus the typesetting of course.
Speaking of typesetting, we are now looking for a new .ass typesetter.
Also, the video clips on the TV are (at least) 2 extras from the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai DVDs. Just in case you were wondering~
